18 volt pedals DevTech Powerdriver 18 – Destroy All GuitarsThe Colorsound Power Boost was one of the very first overdrive pedals to hit the market. It offered a wide range of tones and soon became a favourite among guitarists like Jeff Beck and David Gilmour. Both using it to create their signature sounds in the early '70s. The Colorsound Power Boost was one of the very first overdrive pedals to hit the market. It offered a wide range of tones and soon became a favourite among guitarists like Jeff Beck and David Gilmour. Both using it to create their signature sounds in the early '70s. Think Shine on You Crazy Diamond. This is the pedal.

The 'Powerdriver 18', hand wired by DevTech Audio, is an exact faithful recreation of the Power Boost circuit. The pedal features 2 upgrades however - using a 9 volt power input and internally doubling to 18 volts (instead of requiring 2 9 volt batteries like the original), and a master volume control to tame the huge volume boost if desired. Use it with Drive set low for a boost, or to drive a Big Muff pedal like Gilmour did to create his epic tone. Or turn the drive up for a beautiful vintage overdrive, even reaching into fuzz territory!

Using the rare Mullard/Philips tropical fish capacitors made in the 1970s, and equally rare Fairchild BC184L transistors also made in the 1970s. These components are limited and once supply has been exhausted, we will have to move to more recently made options.

All quality components used, such as Vishay, Switchcraft, Mullard/Philips, Fairchild. Carbon composition/film resistors, NOS '70s stock Mullard/Philips tropical fish capacitors and NOS Fairchild BC184L transistors used.

Includes internal trim for LED brightness, and true bypass.

Enclosure is a pedalboard friendly 125B, powder coated and UV printed for durability.

Note: requires external 9 volt power as there is no room inside enclosure for a battery.

Life-changing
Format: Hardcover
This book my eyes to so many patterns that I've had since I was a child. I'm now much later in my life and wish I had had a book like this when I was in my 20s and 30s, and not my 70s. Nevertheless the information is always helpful and helped open my eyes to so many things. Nothing else that helps me move forward. I love all of Joyce's books and follow her Ministry. She is a no-nonsense straight to the punch speaker. She talks about very uncomfortable things. Which we still need to hear either way. So I recommend this book Kylie for anyone who's gone through rejection from friends, parents, friends, jobs, rejection from spouses. Joyce is a no-nonsense straight to the heart person. Sometimes we tiptoe around these issues, what's the point of that. I highly recommend this book

Amazing book
Format: Kindle
One of her best books---and I've read a lot of them. Ginger Stache's contributions were outstanding, too. This book provides so much insight and gives me great peace just from reading it. My main takeaway is that often, you are not the direct target of rejection. It frequently has more to do with the individual doing the rejecting than with the rejected. Also, it can just be God's way of protecting us from a relationship that will ultimately harm us. Highly recommend this book.
